Hannibal - Zipper-Head

Watch the movie very closely! In the scene where Hannibal is carrying Clarice after she has been shot, they cut to Mason Verger (deformed guy) and his doctor. If you look closely, Verger has a zipper on the side of his head. It appears to be coming from his hair, but if you look later in the scene he isn�t wearing any hat or anything else. Hmmm�
