Power Puff Girls - Missing Ponytail
In the episode "Major Competition" with the phoney hero, at the end, the Mayor is apologising to the Powerpuff Girls. Directly behind the Mayor is a girl with white hair in a ponytail. In one shot, the ponytail is not there. In the next shot, the ponytail is back.
