Go to the part of the movie where Neo and Morpheus go to the oracle. Watch carefully when the oracle pulls out the cookies from the oven. The cookies seem to be different and all out of order. When she hands the tray of cookies to Neo and offers him one, the cookies are all in straight lines.

Thats because when she took the cookies out of the oven, they were on a baking tray. While talking to Neo she then transfers them to a glass tray, in a nice neat order.

Not a Slip-up! She had plenty of time to arrange to cookies between removing them from the oven and offering Neo.
