Watch when West tosses the "knife guy" out the front of the Tarantula. You clearly see the guy go falling and the chain around his neck goes up over the pulley and then pulls loose and goes down with him, at least past the edge of the door. But a few scenes later, the guy is hanging from the front of Tarantula, the chain suspended _above_ the doorway.
