When the Fratelli's are breaking the bad guy out of jail and the guy is pouring gasoline around the parking lot, they show a shot of the lady looking around suspiciously and you can tell that the passenger door is closed by the spots on the window. Then she slams the steering wheel and says "Come on!" and it shows the guy throw the gasoline can and hop in the car thru the open door. How did the door get open??
